Sunday 7th August 2022, Cable Beach, Broome, WATides are ideal for the 2022 Broome International Airport Running Festival to take place on 7 August. This will ensure runners have super firm and hard packed sand. Tide times are a critical part of selecting the event date.

Run the most picturesque beach in Australia, in our perfect 'Dry Season' conditions. Drink StationsDrink stations will be located every 5 km and will be down on the hard packed sand at: the Gantheaume Point Turn, Cable Beach Start/Finish.
Cups of water, electrolyte drink and bottles of water will be available at all aid stations There will be bins located at all drink stations. Competitors must place used cups in the bins provided - no littering. 42.2 km Broome International Airport Marathon Course
Starting from the Cable Beach, competitors will run to Gantheaume Point and return four times - 4 laps. 21.1km Broome Half Marathon CourseStarting from the Cable Beach, competitors will run to Gantheaume Point and return twice - 2 laps.
10.5 km Matso's Dash CourseAlso starting from the Cable Beach, competitors will run to Gantheaume Point and return.1 lap.
